At GenTech, we package to protect sensitive instruments from damage by custom-building crates and either hiring a reputable shipping company or personally hand-delivering the instrument to your lab.

How does GenTech package the instruments?
We custom build crates and carefully wrap the instruments to ensure that they arrive in your laboratory in the same condition that they left our shop.

Who does GenTech use for shipping?
We look for the least expensive way to ship your instrument and then charge only what the shipping company charges us. We do not make a profit on shipping. GenTech will ship your instrument using a reliable trucking company or FedEx.

What if we want the instrument installed in our laboratory?
GenTech often transports very large or sensitive instruments in our own van or trailer directly to your laboratory. For a nominal fee that covers transportation and our time, one of our service technicians will bring the instrument directly to your lab, install it to your lab’s specifications and provide familiarization training to the instrument’s operator.
