In-Shop Repair:

Our well-equipped and fully-staffed repair shop in our Arcade, NY, headquarters is available to perform expert repairs on most GC, GC/MS, LC and LC/MS systems and accessories. Our service rate for in-shop repair is a modest $140/hour. And we offer a SIXTY (60) DAY WARRANTY on bench repairs.

On-Site Repair:

GenTech’s strategic alliances with nationwide service organizations enable us to provide excellent service to labs throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. On-site rates are $175/hour ($250/hour for XSQ products), plus travel and accommodations. We offer a SIXTY (60) DAY WARRANTY on repairs we perform on your equipment.

Warranty Repair:

All GenTech Certified equipment comes with a full ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY. Warranty repairs may be performed on-site or in-shop, depending on the nature of the problem.
