TSP P4000 Pump, AS3000 Autosampler, UV1000 Detector

This system is in good condition and tested at GenTech. Includes P4000 Quaternary Gradient Pump, UV1000 Dual Wavelength UV/Vis Programmable Detector, AS3000 Autosampler, and PeakSimple Software. Computer not included. This system includes NINETY (90) DAY WARRANTY.

PeakSimple SRI 333 Single Channel Software- SRI model 333 single channel chromatography software. PeakSimple Software to run with Windows 98, XP, and Windows 2000. Model 333 has one (1) channel capable of acquiring data at up to 50Hz. Its eight TTL outputs can be optionally wired to a bank of eight (8) single-pole, dual-throw mechanical relays with screw terminals for easy connection to any user device which operates from a contact closure.

 

P4000 Specifications:

  • Pump Design: Dual in-line piston, pulseless design. Micro-stepped motor control. Floating piston bayonet-mounted heads. Patented ceramic check valves.
  • Flow accuracy: ±0.5% at 1 ml/min with water, after liquid end calibration.
  • Flow precision: <0.2% RSD
  • Flow Range: 0.01 to 10 ml/min standard. Settable in 0.01 ml/min increments.
  • Composition Repeatability: 0.2% RSD
  • Gradient Linearity: ±0.5% from 10-90% composition
  • Maximum Pressure: 6000 psi, 420 bar, 42MPa with standard heads
  • Wetted Surfaces: Stainless steel or PEEK, titanium, ceramic, sapphire, Teflon, Tefzel, and polyethylene
  • Pressure Pulsation: <2% amplitude; <1% typical at 1ml/min water or methanol at >500 psi
  • Delay Volume: <0.6ml
  • Compressibility Compensation: Automatic
  • Shutdown File: Protected in non-volatile memory
  • Flow Stability Test: Pump flow diagnostic to verify proper pump performance
  • Diagnostics: Diagnostic tests to verify proper electrical and mechanical operation
  • Communications: Hardwire external events connector. Run and Stop remote inputs; Ready, Run, Timed Event and Analog Pressure outputs. SCM400 degas communication port.
