32 Oxidized Proteins
Analyses of complex hydrolysates such as oxidised food or
feedstuff samples are easily accomplished using Oxidised
Feedstuff High Performance PEEK Column with a buffer kit
specially formulated for this application. The system meets
the requirements of the standard methods from the AOAC and
EU Commission Directive 98/64/EC. Limiting amino acids such
as lysine, threonine, cystine and methionine may be rapidly
identified to enable adjustments to the formulation of feedstuffs.
The
Biochrom 30 Amino Acid Analyzers comprise
instrument, 84 position cooled autosampler, analytical
column with top-up resin, prewash column, operating software,
EZchrom Elite data manipulation software, chemical kit
with calibration standard, Ninhydrin and buffer bottles,
instruction manuals, tool kit and spare parts/consumables
kit. System also includes Pentium PC and Deskjet printer.
