• Complementary data - The MALDI capability, on a typically ESI instrument, allows analysis of singly charged ions and when combined with an ion trap allows MSⁿ. Generation of MALDI data complements multiply-charged data from ESI.

• Excellent reliability - With new pulsed dynamic focusing (PDF) technology which has been added to AP/MALDI systems, laser misalignments are eliminated and a robust stable operation is achieved. All AP/MALDI systems are delivered pre-configured/aligned, and go through rigorous quality testing.
